1. The subject of the order is the supply of specialized dressings for UCK in the assortment, estimated quantity and requirements specified in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.
The term "partial offer" means individual parts specified in Annex 3 to the SWZ. The contractor may submit an offer for one or several parts.
3. Deliveries will be made successively, in quantity and range, in accordance with the orders partial orders of the Ordering Party within 4 days from the date of placing the order. The Contractor will be obliged to deliver the ordered products to the Hospital Pharmacy at his own expense.
4.The offered medical devices must comply with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1620) and in the implementing acts issued on the basis of this Act.
5. If the Ordering Party used standard designations in the description of the subject of the order, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Public Procurement Law, allows equivalent solutions appear. Each time a standard is indicated in this SWZ or the annexes to the SWZ, it should be assumed that the phrase "or equivalent" was used in reference to it.
