The Sunshine Coast Regional District (Regional District) is hereby giving notice of its intent to direct award to Airspan Helicopters Ltd. a contract for the following service: The Regional District intends to procure helicopter services to support operational aerial surveys. Services are anticipated to include: Provision of a rotary-wing aircraft suitable for low-altitude survey work Flight operations accommodating up to three (3) passengers Approximately 1.5 hours of flight time per survey Pilot services, fuel, and standard aviation operating requirements Support for observational and data-collection activities associated with Regional District survey Services will be requested on an as-needed basis
