26172 Case system
The competition applies to the delivery of case management, eByggesak and ePlansak. The value of the acquisition is estimated to be below the EEA threshold value. The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage. By its nature, this acquisition is assessed to have an insignificant impact on climate and the environment, cf. section 5b third paragraph of the Procurement Act. The rationale for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of a digital solution for case management, eBuilding case and ePlans case where the nature of the procurement means that the client is cut off from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria aimed at these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. The duty to make a requirement for an apprentice is considered to apply to this procurement, cf. Procurement Act section 5h. See the contract for more information.
