26171 Planning of safety measures in the Øystes watershed The competition concerns the delivery of the delivery of a preliminary project where the aim is to determine which security measures are necessary and to clarify and estimate the costs of the measures that must be detailed and carried out for sub-areas 1 and 2. In addition, a preliminary project for a new bridge in Busdalen (Sjusetevegen bridge) is required which will clarify and estimate costs for detailed design and implementation. It is also planned to start with a condition assessment of the existing one flotation protection along the river to the sea. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 2, 500, 000 ex. VAT The volume is an estimate and is not binding on the client. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. This procurement is, by its nature, assessed to have an insignificant impact on the climate and environment, cf. section 5b third paragraph of the Procurement Act. The reason for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy assistance/advisory services where the client is prevented from influencing the climate and the environmental impact, since requirements and criteria that target these elements will not have a sufficient connection to the delivery, cf. DFØ's environmental guide. Apprentices: The client has assessed the procurement against the apprentice regulations, cf. Procurement Act § 5h, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as the main element of the contract does not include work where it is relevant to use labor with trade or journeyman certificates, cf. § 5 of the Procurement Act...
