The bulk of the performance will be transport of pupils to and from swimming and transport of pupils to and from camp school. in addition, the service will include general transport of groups for various purposes. The value of the acquisition is estimated at: NOK 8, 000, 000 ex. VAT per year. Maximum value for the whole the agreement period, including any options and expected price increase: NOK 40, 000, 000 ex VAT. The need is uncertain. The volume can vary both up and down, and during the contract period will depend on, among other things, the client's needs, activities, budget situation and other framework factors. For further information, we refer to the procurement documents. The client reserves the right to cancel the competition, including in connection with budgetary coverage and political approval. APPRENTICE: The client has assessed the procurement against § 5h of the Procurement Act, and concluded that there are no requirements for apprentices in this procurement as it is considered disproportionate, cf. § 5h (4) as it is considered disproportionate in relation to the contract's content, the scope of the work and the following reasons: * There is a need for specialized competence which an apprentice cannot be expected to possess.
