Sub-agreement 1: Patch cables Sub-agreement 2: Power cables The customer wishes to enter into a framework agreement regarding the purchase and delivery of cables for use in, among other things, data centres. The agreement includes two sub-agreements which include the following: Sub-agreement 1: Patch cables Sub-agreement 2: Power cables The value of the framework agreement is expected to amount to the following sub-agreements; Sub-agreement 1: Patch cables; 8 million NOK Sub-agreement 2: Power cables; 3 million NOK The maximum value of partial agreement 1 is DKK 15 million. NOK The maximum value on partial agreement 2 is 6 million NOK The agreement covers the ordering and delivery of cables for use in data centers and the like, as well as the general purchase of IT cables. The cables must be used to connect and supply various devices, including both power supply and network connections. For further details regarding the acquisition, please refer to the associated appendices. The tendered framework agreement for each sub-agreement has a term of 8 years.
