Tender Details

The purpose of this contract is to supply products and materials for the technical services of the Municipality of Bezons (95870). In accordance with the provisions of article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, this contract is an allotment contract broken down into four (4) lots, each of which will constitute its own public market, namely: - Lot no. 1: Hardware products and materials, - Lot no. 2: Electrical and lighting equipment, - Lot no. 3: Materials for wood joinery, - Lot no. 4: Plumbing materials This is a market for current supplies in accordance with the provisions of articles L1111-3 and R2121-6 of the public procurement code. This contract is awarded on the basis of a formalized procedure, such as a call for tenders. open, in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2124-1, R.2124-1 and R.2124-2 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract takes effect from its date of notification to the Holder, electronically, for a period of one (1) year, renewable three (3) times tacitly for the same period, i.e. four (4) years maximum, in accordance with the provisions of articles L2125-1 paragraph 1 and R2112-4 of the public procurement code.
