We are asking for a written offer to carry out a bioindicator study in the Seinäjoki region in 2027. The study will be carried out in the Seinäjoki and Ilmajoki areas with a denser network of observation areas, and in addition to that, in other municipalities of Southern Ostrobothnia with less in the observation subnet. In the Seinäjoki region, bioindicator studies have been carried out previously in 1990 (Engineering Office Paavo Ristola), 1995 (Meteorological Institute) and in 2000 (Forestry Research Institute). In 2006-2007, the entire bioindicator study was conducted In the area of ​​the Environmental Center of Western Finland and it was implemented by the Environmental Research Center of the University of Jyväskylä. 2012 The Seinäjoki region conducted its own bioindicator study, in which a total of 95 pine observation areas, 41 moss sample areas and 4 moss ball industry. 35 of the pine observation areas were in the areas of other municipalities in Southern Ostrobothnia, and the rest of the sample areas were located in the Seinäjoki and Ilmajoki areas, as in previous studies.
