26/00531 Dismantling and disposal of a -80°C cold store - FHI The automated freezer warehouse Hamilton Bios Large has been used as part of the biobank's previous automated freezer logistics. The system is now out of normal operation and will be permanently taken out of service use. Due to the design of the room and the size of the installation, the system cannot be taken out as one unit, but must be dismantled into smaller modules and individual components. Systemet består av store mengder metall, robotiserte enheter, mekaniske komponenter, elektronikk og cooling technical parts. There is no personal information stored in the system. The purpose is to carry out a safe, controlled and complete dismantling, removal and waste management of the Hamilton Bios Large system. The work must be carried out in such a way that: safety personnel and construction equipment are taken care of and materials are sorted and delivered to the correct recycling process is documented in accordance with current requirements and the standard dismantling must take place during the autumn at the latest, but preferably during the summer.
