26/00274 Framework agreement on the purchase of services within sound and technology - Norsk helsennett Norsk helsenett SF (client) needs to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of services within sound and technology. The client plans for gatherings, meetings and conferences with more participants and with high quality. The events will be held in various places in the country, mainly in Oslo, Trondheim and Tromsø. Certain gatherings are held in our own premises where the technical framework is in place, but where we still want to be able to have need for additional personnel or equipment. In other cases, the events will be held in external premises, e.g. hotel/conference/course premises where in some cases there will be a need for full delivery of sound, light technology and personnel. This will depend on the location chosen and which facilities are available to the client. A framework agreement must be entered into with two suppliers, see Appendix 2 for Procedures for awarding contracts within the framework agreement.
