There is a need to acquire water slide microtomes and their maintenance in the Tyks Laboratory service area of Varsinais Suomen welfare area. for making microscope sections of samples. With the increase in the number of samples in the welfare area of Varsinais-Finland, there is a need to acquire motorized rotary microtome equipment with a water slide, automatic cutting controls and a cooling sample holder. The water slide is attachment attached to the rotary microtome, which significantly speeds up the cutting of small and medium-sized FFPE tissue samples. The water slide contains a slide, a water platform and a cutter. The automatic cutting controls are the part of the microtome from which the adjustments of the device are controlled. The cooling sample holder, on the other hand, is an additional part that keeps the paraffin block cold for successful cutting. according to Section 40, Subsection 2, Clause 2 of the Law on User Rights Agreements (1397/2016), the procurement unit may choose direct procurement if, for technical reasons or reasons related to the protection of exclusive rights, only a certain supplier can carry out the procurement; an additional condition is, that there are no reasonable alternative or substitute solutions and the lack of competition for the artificial narrowing of the terms of lead procurement.
