1. The DPWH Laguna 3rd District Engineering Office, Mariflor Subd. Del Remedio, San Pablo City through the fund SR2026-03-003347 intends to apply the sum of Php 810, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 26-CSDP02-RFP - Pre-Feasibility Study/Feasibility Study/Preliminary and Detailed Engineering (PDE) for FY 2026-Soil Investigation (Batch 2). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
