Current Contractor: Quality Cleaning Professionals, LLC Current Contract Term: 5/4/2026 to 10/31/2026 (Emergency Contract) Current Contract Total Cost: $36, 650.00 Current Contract Cost Breakdown: Daily Cost: $350.00 5/4/2026 - 5/31/2026 (19 days) Monthly Cost: $6, 000.00 6/1/2026 - 10/31/2026 (5 months) Bidder Qualifications: Bidder must be certified by the State of California, Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services (OSDS), as a Certified Small Business. Only current and valid Small Businesses will be considered for this project. Bidder shall be required to comply with the Property Service Workers Protection Act (Labor Code Sections 1420 - 1434) and shall provide the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) registration number with the bid (see Attachment 1).
