CONSTRUCTION OF WELCOME ARC
1. The LGU Barangay Suagayan - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Php 480, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Welcome Arc with Identification Number 26-02-Infra- Suagayan. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU Barangay Suagayan - Municipality of Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is 13.3 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
