Cheeses will be the property of the Czech Republic as part of the state material reserves. The Administration, as a contracting authority in accordance with Act No. 97/1993 Coll., on the competence of the State Material Reserves Administration, as amended, ensures the defense and defense of the state, the elimination of the consequences of crisis situations and the protection of vital economic interests of the state.
