1. The LGU - Barangay Banbanaba, Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 300, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Soil Erosion Control Program (Riprapping of Creek Wall) - Brgy. Banbanaba, Sta. Lucia, Ilocos Sur with Project Identification Number 26-01-Infra-Banbanaba. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU - Barangay Banbanaba, Santa Lucia, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is five-point eight (5.8) calendar days.
