Description : 1) The Local Government Unit of Batuan, Masbate, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Seven Hundred Twenty Five Thousand Pesos (Php. 7, 725, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILIATION/RECONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC MARKET Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Batuan, Masbate now invites bids for REHABILIATION/RECONSTRUCTION OF PUBLIC MARKET. Completion of the Works is required within 220 Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within 440 Calendar Days from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
