1) The DPWH-Lower Kalinga District Engineering Office, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 49, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25PL0136 - ORGANIZATIONAL OUTCOME 1: Ensure Safe and Reliable National Road System - Network Development Program - Construction of Missing Links/ New Roads - Tabuk-Banawe via Tanudan-Barlig Road, Kalinga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
