Description : 1) The DPWH-MP1stDEO, through the FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of PHP 9, 949, 998.20 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25PI0133 - Capital Outlay - Basic Educational Facilities Fund (BEFF) - Construction of School Building, Otucan Elementary School, Barangay Otucan Sur, Bauko, Mountain Province. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DPWH-MP1stDEO now invites bids for Construction of School Building. Completion of the Works is required 120 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
