1) The DPWH - Benguet 1st District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of ₱ 1, 991, 715.29 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of School Health Facilities, Puguis Elementary School, La Trinidad, Benguet, 25PE0085. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DPWH - Benguet 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required within 108 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II.
