Open call for tenders - articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Procurement Code. The purpose of the consultation is: The aim is to have recovery channels adapted to inert waste (dirty rubble) in order to contribute to the increase in waste recovery rate and reduce their treatment cost. The services provided for in the market are in particular: • The reception of the inert mixtures, • The overall treatment of the inert mixtures in compliance with the regulations in force and the good environmental practices, • Where applicable, depending on the operator's processes, the pre-sorting, massification and sorting of this waste, • The elimination or recovery of recoverable materials in suitable treatment centers, • The elimination ultimate disposal of non-recoverable waste (refusal of sorting). Recovery of mixed inert waste produced in the territory of the Nice Côte d'Azur Metropolis Framework agreement for purchase orders minimum amount: 70, 000.00 Euros maximum amount: 600, 000.00 Euros In value in Euros excluding VAT Administration estimate excluding VAT: 283, 936.00 Euros (established over a period of 12 months).
