Studies and monitoring of infrastructure operations This consultation is launched following the procedure: Open call for tenders - articles R.2124-2 1° and R.2161-2 to 5 of the Public Procurement Code Project management contract in application of article R. 2172-2-3° of the Public Order Code Its purpose is to meet the objectives of supporting the community for infrastructure projects, on the following 3 levels: - upstream studies (feasibility and preliminary) - design and monitoring of works - mastery of the applied circular economy (waste and resource management). Master purchase order agreement Mini: 100, 000.00 Euros Maximum: 3, 000, 000.00 Euros In value in Euros excluding tax. Administration estimate excluding tax: 2, 430, 296.23 Euros (established over a period of 12 months) The framework agreement will be awarded to several operators up to a maximum number of 5. These conditions are defined in article 1.3 of the CCAP Duration (excluding renewal): 12 months Number of possible renewals: 3 Start of the contract: Upon notification of the contract.
