- Standardized missions: intervention of the technical controller concretized by opinions given under the conditions of articles L 111.23 to L 111.26 and R 111.29 to R 111.42 of the Construction and Housing Code. This technical control mission relates to communal or metropolitan workswhich are subject to technical control, either by application of law n 78.12 of January 4, 1978, modified by the 2010-1254 decree of October 22, 2010 and following, by decision of the two communities. - Certificate as part of the accessibility agenda (ATT AD'AP): the obligation to develop aAD'AP for all establishments open to the public (ERP) not in accordance with 12/31/2014 (article L111-7-5 of the construction and housing code) led the city of Toulouse and Toulouse Metropole to establish an ad'ap calendar over a period of 9 years for the accessibility of its ERP.In this context, the control office is asked to establish a certificate noting that the ERP is accessible. - Different packages and vacations: - Diagnosis Boiler room - L, and hand certificate in addition to a SEI mission - Hourly and day vacations for occasional missions- Additional meeting
