1. The Provincial Government of Lanao del Sur, intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Three Hundred Thousand Pesos (9, 300, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the following project/s:



Lot 1. Project Reference No. 25M0549A, Supply, delivery, and installation of Water Pump, Equipment, and Furniture for the Emergency Operation Center (PDRRMO) @ New Capitol Complex, Buadi Sacayo, Marawi City, LDS, with Php 9, 300, 000.00 as its ABC.
