The operation is to study, provide, deploy a private mobile radio network in 5G technology and a network of connected objects, in Lorawan technology, on behalf of Toulouse Metropole. The market includes engineering, supply, installation, commissioning, maintenance and the technical exploitation of this equipment. The operation concerns the delivery and operation of turnkey systems with obligation of result. It is a global performance market. This consultation will be the subject of a composite framework agreement, namely with an ordinary market part (lump sum rate) corresponding to the design, supply of equipment and network construction, maintenance and technical operation of the network on the initial perimeter and a part of order orders (unit price) on the development/extension of the network, concluded with only one economic operator.
