This market has the objectives of constituting a 3D modeling repository in the territory of the 37 member municipalities. It is requested from the data provided to model: - the 3D polygons of the sides roofs and structuring elements, if applicable. - 3D polygons of the perimeter at the foot of the building - Generation of the 3D model - Texturation of the 3D Product model - Classification of the Lidar The roofs returned within the framework of this market will be used with the Rhinocity software to build 3D buildings. This restitution must thus allow a modeling of 3D buildings in accordance with the level of detail LOD2.3 of the CityGML standard. No acquisition of additional data in the field is requested in this market, the source data is provided by Toulouse Metropolis for use exclusively reserved for the services of this market. br/
