1) The Department of Public Works and Highways, Regional Office IX, through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY2025 intends to apply the sum of Php193, 000, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Tawi-Tawi Sports Development Complex, Phase 1, Bongo, Tawi-Tawi. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Public Works and Highways, Regional Office IX now invites bids for Contract ID No. 25J00269 - Construction of Multi-Purpose Building, Tawi-Tawi Sports Development Complex, Phase 1, Bongo, Tawi-Tawi. Completion of the Works is required 360 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
