1) The Department of Public works and Highways Negros Island Region (DPWH - NIR) Regional Office, through the FY 2025 RA 12116 Continuing Regular 2025 Continuing intends to apply the sum of Four Million Two Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Four & 23/100 Pesos (P 4, 002, 884.23) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Public works and Highways Negros Island Region (DPWH - NIR) Regional Office now invites bids for Procurement of Office Supplies for 3rd Quarter CY 2026 at DPWH-NIR Office using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA). Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 CD upon issuance of Notice to Proceed.
