1) The Department of Public works and Highways Negros Island Region (DPWH - NIR) Regional Office, through the FY 2025 RA 12116 Regular 2025 Current intends to apply the sum of One Million Eight Hundred Seventy Three Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy Two Pesos (P 1, 873, 872.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Public works and Highways Negros Island Region (DPWH - NIR) Regional Office now invites bids for Procurement of Diesel Fuel for use in the Dredging of Malijao River, Victorias City, Negros Occidental using Amphibious Excavator 54 (K4-60) using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA).
