Description : 1) The Department of Public Works and Highway - South Manila District Engineering Office, through the SR2026-04-003849 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Pesos Only (4, 385, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract above-mentioned project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Public Works and Highway - South Manila District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement project. Delivery of the Goods is required by 30 Calendar Days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
