1. The Department of Public Works and Highways Eastern Samar District Engineering Office, through the funds Routine Maintenance 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos Only (₱ 1, 612, 960.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) corresponding to one (1) lot as payment under the contract for Purchase/delivery of tires for use in various service vehicles. with ID No. 25GIB0041. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways Eastern Samar District Engineering Office now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Required Delivery Date of Goods/Contract Duration is Thirty (30) Calendar Days upon receipt of the approved Notice to Proceed.
