1) The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Iloilo 2nd District Engineering Office, through the FY 2025 DPWH Infrastructure Program Based on General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Php 49, 500, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Contract ID No. 25GG0247 - Construction (Completion) Of Multi-Purpose Building, Phase III, Barangay Poblacion, Anilao, Iloilo . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
