25GFO0033 - Purchase of Engineering Design Systems and Software
The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) - Albay 3rd District Engineering Office (DEO), through Republic Act (RA) 12116 - General Approriations Act (GAA) FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Five Hundred Eighty FiveThousand Five Hundred Sixty Pesos (P 4, 585, 560.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above-stated contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the bid opening.
The DPWH - Albay 3rd DEO, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of goods is required within a 60 calendar days (CD) contract duration. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
