1. The DPWH - Southern Mindoro District Engineering Office, through NEP 2025 intends to apply the sum of PhP 10, 890, 000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Seawall at Barangay Aplaya, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro/25EI0101. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
