Re-Invitation to Bid
1. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Mindoro Occidental District Engineering Office, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro, through the FY 2025 NEP INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS intends to apply the corresponding Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contracts for the following listed project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Department of Public Works and Highways, Mindoro Occidental District Engineering Office, Mamburao, Occidental Mindoro now invites bids for the above procurement projects. Completion of the Works is required in the corresponding contract durations stated above. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project.
Prospective Bidder should be registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with PCAB License Category and Classification as indicated above....
