1) The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Batangas 2nd District Engineering Office, through the MOOE FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventeen Thousand Six Hundred Pesos Only (Php 617, 600.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25DE0219 - Clearing of Waterways - Banalo River along Batangas - Tabangao - Lobo Road, Brgy. Banalo, Lobo, Batangas. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), Batangas 2nd District Engineering Office now invites bids for “Clearing of Waterways (147m x 12m x 1.5m)”.Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
