1) The Department of Public Works and Highways, Cavite 1st District Engineering Office,
through the fund SR2026-04-003914 FY 2025 GAA intends to apply the sum of EIGHTEEN
MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱18, 500, 000.00) inclusive of 5%
contingency being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for CONTRACT ID NO. 25CSDF04: CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE
CONDUCT OF FEASIBILITY STUDY OF PUNTA - OPEN CANAL DIVERSION ROAD,
PROVINCE OF CAVITE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at the opening of the financial proposals.
