1) The Department of Public Works and Highways-Ilocos Sur 1st District Engineering Office through the BEFF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Php12, 298, 126.95 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for 25AC0091 - Construction of Classrooms, Bantay West IS, Bantay, Ilocos Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Department of Public Works and Highways-Ilocos Sur 1st District Engineering Office now invites bids for 25AC0091 - Construction of Classrooms, Bantay West IS, Bantay, Ilocos Sur. Completion of the Works is required within 120 calendar days. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instruction to Bidders. (ITB).
