1) The DPWH ILOCOS NORTE SECOND DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE, through the CY 2025 BEFF BATCH 1 intends to apply the sum of Thirty Million Pesos Only (Php 30, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF CLASSROOMS, DINGRAS WEST CENTRAL ES (BUILDING 2), DINGRAS, ILOCOS NORTE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The DPWH ILOCOS NORTE SECOND DISTRICT ENGINEERING OFFICE now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF CLASSROOMS. Completion of the Works is required TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY SIX (286) calendar days (CD). Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
