The lift has stated its year of manufacture as 1975. The lift bears the hallmarks of old age, poor maintenance and missing items upgrades. The lift does not meet today's standards. During the construction period, arrangements must be made for minimal closure of emergency exits and the contractor must, at his own expense, provide storage containers during the construction period.
