Background: The PP&S Technology Ecosystem Roadmap was developed to provide strategic direction for creating an innovative and tech-driven workspace that enhances the experience of both ATB team members and clients. As part of this initiative, ATB assessed the current state of PP&S technologies, conducted workshops with various levels of PP&S leadership, and ran discovery sessions to understand pain points and opportunities across all PP&S teams. In addition, we carried out extensive market research and analysis, and provided recommendations to senior leadership which were approved in August, 2024. The Technology Ecosystem Strategy and its governance framework ensure that all technology decisions align with ATB-s enterprise goals and PP&S strategic objectives. This strategy establishes a transparent process for evaluating, selecting, and implementing technology solutions in line with organizational priorities.
