This Request for Tender seeks to engage a suitably qualified consultant to deliver a Waste Audit program for the City of Ballarat. The program will provide a reliable assessment of the quality, quantity and composition of Ballarat's kerbside waste services. The successful consultant will be required to deliver the Waste Audit program in accordance with the following scope:a. Kerbside Bins (measured audit) b. Kerbside Bins (visual audit)c. Landfill Commercial and Industrial (C&I)/ Construction and Demolition (C&D) (visual audit in year 1only) d. Landfill customer compliance and satisfaction surveye. Public place general waste bins (visual audit and a measured audit of a grab sample of bagged waste), public place recycling bins (visual audit only)f. Transfer Station (TS) residual Waste, timber stockpile and selected other stockpiles and stillages (visual audit)g. Transfer station customer compliance and satisfaction surveyh. Additional measured kerbside audit in year 1 only
