Learning Management System (LMS) e-learning platform Authoring tool With this tender, the Federal Department of Defence, Civil Protection and Sport DDPS, Command Training, is procuring a new Learning Management System - Next Generation as standard software. The new solution is intended to replace the existing LMS VBS and will be used in the future as a scalable, highly available and secure platform for the digital training of members of the army and other user groups. The procurement takes place in two lots. Lot 1 includes the learning management system including conception, migration, introduction, operation, hosting, support, maintenance and licensing. Lot 2 includes modular authoring tools for creation, editing, maintenance and Publication of digital learning content such as interactive training, videos or quizzes. The authoring tools are procured as part of multiple surcharges and accessed using the mini-tender process.
