Sub-agreement 1 - Preliminary investigations for cables and pipes Sub-agreement 2 - Preliminary investigations for overhead line masts and stations The ordering party wishes to procure consultants for Geoscience, cf. the service descriptions for sub-agreement 1 and sub-agreement 2. The advisory services that requested in this framework agreement, varies from time to time and depends on the specific task formulation, but is generally divided into the following 2 sub-agreements: •Sub-agreement 1 - Preliminary investigations for cables and pipes •Sub-agreement 2 - Preliminary studies for overhead line masts and stations For further details regarding the sub-agreements, please refer to the associated service descriptions per sub-agreement in Appendix 2. The tendered framework agreements have a term of four (4) years. The framework agreement can be extended by two (2) years + two (2) year. You can apply for pre-qualification on both partial agreements. The total estimated value for the entire framework agreement is DKK 250, 000, 000 divided between the 2 sub-agreements with the possibility of an increase on both sub-agreements by 100%, i.e. a total increased value of 500, 000, 000 DKK. The estimated value during the framework agreement period is expected to amount to the following per sub-agreement: Partial agreement 1 - Preliminary investigations for cables and pipes: DKK 130, 000, 000 excl. increase and DKK 260, 000, 000 incl. increase Sub-agreement 2 - Preliminary studies for overhead line masts and stations: DKK 120, 000, 000 excl. increase and DKK 240, 000, 000 incl. increase.
