The contract concerns the interior renovation and expansion of the hospital pharmacy on the Etterbeek-Ixelles site, located on level -1 of building R. The interior design services include the restructuring of partitions (partitions, doors, interior windows) and bay openings, among other works to create a distribution area, a reception desk, administrative offices, a logistics space for storage and dismantling, an area dedicated to implants and a room autonomous emergency. The special technical package requires the complete repair of the electrical installation, the installation of a ventilation group dedicated to the entire pharmacy, the installation of a pharmaceutical cold room, as well as the creation of two non-sterile preparation rooms and their access airlock. This preparation block requires strict HVAC air treatment, in compliance with PIC/S Grade D requirements (pressure management, filtration, renewal), in application of the AR of 09/30/2020. The contract is organized in such a way that all the preparation and demolition work will be carried out before the intervention of the reconstruction lots.
