This project involves inspection and cleaning of the City of Cornwall-s Water Purification Plant-s raw water intake, screen and chlorination diffuser, along with providing a written report and underwater video associated with the raw water intake components and bi-yearly underwater video inspection of the outfall/diffusers and the buoy for the Cornwall Wastewater Treatment Plant for a two-year period commencing August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2027 as per the specifications herein.
