The City of Calgary on behalf of the Calgary Police Commission (CPC) is seeking a qualified consulting team to undertake an assessment to identify systemic cultural and behavioural factors that are affecting the provision of a respectful, inclusive, and safe workplace within the Calgary Police Service(CPS). The City anticipates the following Phases: Phase 1 Assessment Governance and Planning; Phase 2 Information Discovery and Establishing; Management Systems; Phase 3 Engagement and Research; and Phase 4 Information Sharing. Given the organizational and operating contexts, and subject matterinvolved in this assessment, particular consideration and care will need to be exercised with respect to: a. Communication management; and b. Data management. It is The City's expectation that the CPC's assessment will be completed within nine (9) months upon contractaward.
