Description : The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform Commercial Driver License (CDL) skills test administration training, based on skills testing models from both the 2019 and the 2023 California CDL Examiner Manual for DMV License Registration Examiners (LREs) ¿ Field Operations Division (FOD) Northern California for the term of this Agreement.The bidder¿s training facility shall be located a forty (40) mile radius of the Sacramento DMV training facility located at 2415 First Avenue, Sacramento, CA 95818.A minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience as a commercial driver or a minimum of one (1) year as a commercial driver instructor is required of any participating instructor. Bidder shall provide verifiable resumes for all instructors that include educational background, certificates of completion, diplomas, and length of experience teaching prior to the execution of the Agreement.Bidder instructors must hold valid commercial driver¿s licenses. At a minimum, for each required training day, awarded contractor will provide two (2) instructors who, between them, are qualified to operate the following vehicles:(1).Class A Vehicle, with manual transmission, airbrakes, and fifth wheel coupling system.
