4.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of computer accessories, data carriers and network devices for the University of Lodz. 4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Sheet constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4.3.The delivery includes brand new equipment and not used. 4.4. The term "Successful delivery" should be understood as the delivery at the own expense and risk of devices required by the Ordering Party's units as purchase requests are received by the Contractor. SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OF COMPUTER ACCESSORIES, DATA MEDIA AND NETWORK DEVICES FOR UNIVERSITY OF ŁODŹ 4.1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of computer accessories, data carriers and network devices for the University of Łodź. 4.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the Price Sheet constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4.3. Delivery includes Brand new and unused equipment. 4.4. The term "Successful delivery" should be understood as the delivery, at the own expense and risk, of devices required by the Ordering Party's units as purchase requests are received by the Contractor. 4.5. The subject of the order has been divided into 2 parts. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers. Therefore, the Contractor has the opportunity to submit an offer for one or all parts of the subject of the order specified in the Price Sheet constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
