collection and processing of biodegradable kitchen waste with code 20 01 08 1) The subject of the order is the successive collection of biodegradable kitchen waste with code 20 01 08 by the Contractor in order to submit it to: a.recycling process R3 leading to loss of waste status on the basis of detailed conditions for loss of waste status referred to in Art. 14 section 1 point 2 of the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste, the resulting product: can be placed on the market as fertilizer or agent improving soil properties based on the permit of the minister responsible for agriculture, issued pursuant to Art. 4 section 2 of the Act of 10 July 2007 on fertilizers and fertilization, or constitutes an EU fertilizing product within the meaning of Art. 2 point 2 Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 June 2019 laying down rules regarding the making available on the market of EU fertilising products, amending Regulations (EC) No 1069/2009 and (EC) No 1107/2009 and repealing Regulation (EC) No. 2003/200 (OJ EU L 170, 25/06/2019, p. 1, as amended), i.e. a fertilizer product that has the CE marking when made available on the market, or: b. recovery process or processes R3 or R12 leading to the generation of waste with code 19 05 03 (Compost not meeting the requirements and unsuitable for use), which meet the requirements for use in the R10 recovery process referred to in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of...
